TABLET GRANULATION INTEGRATED PROCESS WITH TOTAL DUST FREE TRANSFER

 

Tablet Chart

 

1. Closed system powder charging, sifting and collection in IPCS using Saizoner Sifter.
2. Closed system charging of Dry powders to Saizoner using SAlLIPOZ eliminating manual  lifting  and  Scooping.
Improved Dry and Wet mixing followed by granulating, all in single processing equipment Saizoner. Direct Mechanical discharge  to  FBD  Bowl.
3. Closed system rapid drying using dust sensitive electronic monitor in completely S. S.  fabricated  equipment  F. B.D.
4. Again, completely close system transfer of dried granules to UN! GRANULATOR using BOWL ELEVATOR. Major advantage is mechanised lifting of entire Bowl containing dried granules and direct discharge to sizing equipment UNI GRANULATOR, eliminating tedious manual scooping.
UNI GRANULATOR not only sizes the granules but also the lumps, avoiding the
use of extra equipment like Multi Mill. Direct close transfer of sized Granules to cubical Bin  dressing  it  for  Lubrication  Process.
5. Homogeneous smooth mixing of granules blend without attrition by mounting and rotating the conical BIN in cage Blender at 19 to 20 RPK
6. Final step of Dust containment is
the mobility of Bin. It has the greatest advantage of total batch transfer to COMPRESSION equipment for NON STOP tableting using Tapasya's versatile STATE OF ART Granule feeding devices.

DESIGN & INSPECTION

DESIGN
In order to cater to the diverse needs and application of the Pharmaceutical & Chemical Industry, requisite infrastructure is present for designing, according to the  specifications  of  the  clients  and  for  up  dating  the  existing  designs.

A full fledged Design office, managed by a competent engineer has been developed. The Design office submits the various calculations and design options to the clients  as  per  their  specific  requirements.

INSPECTION
There are stringent inspection procedures laid down for the shop Floor operations.
A complete set of instructions are observed for each manufacturing stage.

a) Material Identification
• Chemicals analysis and destructive Tests are carried out for all pressure parts, process contact 
  parts and for items subjected to stress as per relevant specifications where ever co-relation
  between the manufacturers test certificates and  the  material  is  not  available.
• Ultrasonic tests are conducted for plate material of 16 m.m thickness and above, besides  the 
  destructive  tests.
• Bought out components such as pipe fittings, offered with the correlative Test Certificate  or 
  other  wise,  are  subjected  to  lot  testing  as  per  the  specifications.

b) Fabrication Stages
• Welders' qualifications as per the application design and construction code for the position,
  base metal, filler metal and welding process are taken into account.
• Inspection for all weld joints and components, such as shell, dished ends, nozzles support
  etc is carried out.
• Inspection of back-clip Dye Penetration test and Radiography of weld joints is conducted.
• Inspection and verification of Test Certificates of bought out components is carried out.
• The dimensional check ups are made as per specifications.
• Testing of the Compensation pads, Liners, Hydrostatic Test of the vessel, Jacket, Vacuum
  Test of the vessel and other applicable tests are done as per the data sheets.
• All S.S forged material is solution annealed and supported by the certificates.
• S.S Material is subjected to micro structure examination and/or I.G.C practice.
• Any other inspection stage and Tests required as per code are observed apart from these points.
 
The inspection schedule is worked out jointly between us and the clients or their inspection agencies and is observed rigidly. A list of inspection agencies worked with  on  various  projects  undertaken  is  as  enclosed.
